Admissions

We recognize and understand the sense of apprehension that can loom over the prospect of getting treatment. For these reasons, we strived to simplify our admissions process to help you quickly get back on track towards your life worth living.

let's get started

If you are impacted by unexpected changes in your thinking and perceptions, whether or not a diagnosis has been made, you are likely all too familiar with the resulting pain and suffering that occurs each day. Similarly, if you have a loved one who is battling with hallucinations, delusions or other impaired thought, you have seen the challenges that he or she faces within seemingly every aspect of his or her life.

We recognize the distress and worry that these problems can bring, and we acknowledge how challenging it can be to take those first steps towards recovery and treatment. For these reasons and more, our admissions team works diligently and compassionately to do everything in our power to ensure that every aspect of our admissions process encourages a sense of hope for the future.

Our admissions process is straightforward and stress-free.
We are here to help and support you, or your loved one, every step of the way.

Referring Professionals

Is California OnTrack right for my client?

California OnTrack is an innovative treatment program for teens and adults who have had unusual thoughts and behaviors or who have started hearing or seeing things that others do not. This may or may not have been diagnosed as a psychotic disorder. California OnTrack helps people faced with these mental health challenges achieve their goals for school, work, and relationships. If your client or patient is suffering from first episode or chronic psychosis, we welcome the opportunity to hear from you or your client, and share about our curriculum’s intensive Coordinated Specialty Care and the next steps.

Payment for Teens

For our 13-18 teen program, we accept most private health insurance plans and also have self-pay options available. We do not participate in Medicaid, Medi-Cal, Medicare or state funded Medicaid programs. During your initial call into our admissions and intake team, an admissions specialist will gather your insurance information and conduct a verification of benefits through your insurance provider. Our trained admissions and intake staff will assist in this process and provide you information on your insurance benefits, deductibles, and any up front costs that may be associated with treatment. We offer hardship scholarships based on demonstrated need, and we encourage you to ask us.

Payment for Adults

We offer programs and services that go far beyond what many insurance plans and companies reimburse. For our adult programs, we are able to accept only a few private health insurance plans. If we are unable to accept your insurance, we have self-pay options available. The amount our client’s are directly reimbursed from the insurer is at the discretion of each client’s insurance provider. In very limited cases, we may be able to negotiate a special agreement with your insurance for coverage of our services. Government-issued insurance, including Medicare, Medicaid and Medi-Cal does not reimburse for treatment at our facility. We offer hardship scholarships based on demonstrated need, and we encourage you to ask us.
